The Honest Yogi. I spent decades of my life living in avoidance and denial. I didn’t realize how unhappy I was inside because I was too afraid to look within. I was living a very shallow existence filled with shame and deep sadness. I had struggled with binge eating disorder in silence for decades and had been living unfulfilled in most of my relationships. Until one day between the passing of my true other person, my mom, and the beginning of a global pandemic I had an EVOLUTIONARY EXPLOSION! I realized that I could be HAPPY!!
