HI THERE,

MY NAME IS Sam Gerson

The Honest Yogi. I spent decades of my life living in avoidance and denial. My life was a shallow existence filled with shame and deep sadness. For decades, I had been struggling with binge eating disorder in silence as a way to stuff down my feelings. Even though I had been practicing and teaching yoga for decades, I was lost. My life lacked meaning and my relationships with self and others were unfulfilling... Until one day between the devastating loss of my mother and the beginning of a global pandemic I had an EVOLUTIONARY EXPLOSION! I realized that I could be HAPPY!!

Offering workshops on the many different pillars to help you experience and feel more meaning and happiness into your life. We focus on everything from breathing, yoga and meditation to journaling, growth tips and gratitude.
